Peter Bradshaw took his B.A. in Aeronautical Engineering at Cambridge University in 1957, and worked in the Aerodynamics Division of the National Physical Laboratory until 1969. He then joined the Department of Aeronautics, Imperial College, London University, where he was Professor of Experimental Aerodynamics until 1988.
