Had this bug on PC. resolved it by just loading a previous save of the dungeon. Leave the dungeon entirely then return - they should work once the dungeon reloads. It's kinda hidden facing the draw bridge. just to clarify, the lever is on the wall directly behind you when facing the same way as my screenshot. Its over on the left side near the corner.
